National Non-Profit Organization finds a New Home in Redwood City
Sequoia Realty Services assisted the Wantin Family Trust in leasing their vacant 13,600 SF building on Bay Road. The Sequoia team identified a national non-profit organization who was in search of a unique building to expand its growing operations. Within 5 months, Sequoia’s property management and brokerage divisions helped in the acquisition of permits and entitlements along with oversight of the construction process. Today the Wantin Family Trust is enjoying a 10 year lease with a community oriented national tenant. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Redwood City Chamber Relationship Prospers in Local Redevelopment
On behalf of our client BFP Partners, and in conjunction with our construction partner, W.L. Butler Construction, Sequoia Realty Services facilitated the leasing & redevelopment of the 43,000 sqft warehouse on E. Bayshore Road in Redwood City. New tenant, The Foundry, is owned and operated by Redwood City Chamber member Matt Krebs. The once industrial packaging space is now fully utilized as an all-inclusive indoor sports recreational facility specializing in volleyball and basketball. This transformed space houses 6 multi-use courts, retail showroom, sports medicine services and meeting facilities. Sequoia Realty Services identified this space as a possible opportunity for Krebs and with a shared vision we successfully completed this project. Sequoia Realty thanks Matt Krebs and everyone at The Foundry for our winning partnership.
