  Who We Are

As a result of our principal’s construction company, we were asked on several occasions by our clients to provide real estate and property management services. Thus, through our use of efficient staffing and low overhead, we were able to offer affordable management and real estate brokerage solutions with the establishment of Sequoia Realty Services. To further enhance that part of the business, we have staff members that are licensed California Real Estate agents and brokers who combined, carry over 100 years of real estate experience. Each member of the SRS team has been trained to deal with each and every aspect of the management process. This has enabled us to integrate our staff so that each type of property we manage, whether it is an apartment, office building, retail or commercial property, has the experience behind it allowing, ultimately, the highest profit margin for our clients.
