About: Eric Radmacher

Eric’s responsibilities include the day to day management for a diverse portfolio of assets. Prior to joining Sequoia Realty Services in early 2009, Eric worked for Arnell Enterprises in Los Altos. He worked in various capacities during his five years with the company; including property management, lease administration and special projects management of primarily Class A/B office buildings and retail centers. His portfolio consisted of government, commercial and retail tenant accounts including, in part, the California Department of Rehabilitation, Savemart Supermarkets and Met Life Home Loans. Eric is a proud graduate of UC Davis with a degree in International Relations. His career in property management stems from having grown up in Menlo Park with a family of custom builders, developers and property owners, where he took over the management of his family business after college. He recently moved back to Menlo Park with his wife Aimee. They enjoy spending most of their time together outdoors; be it snowboarding, scuba diving or anything in between.
