About: Jeff Badstubner
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm; including leasing, property management and investment sales. His team consists of a property manager and a sales and leasing agent.
Jeff came to Sequoia in October of 2009 from Regency Centers, a publicly traded owner and operator of shopping centers throughout the United States. During his 12 year career at Regency, he served many roles, finally ending his tenure as the Vice President for the San Francisco Bay Area and the Pacific Northwest where he managed a staff of 10 and a portfolio of 5 million square feet of properties from Seattle, WA to San Jose, CA.
The past experiences at Regency Centers with ground-up development of shopping centers (Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Atwater, Gilroy and Antioch, CA), acquisition of existing assets (First Washington Portfolio containing 8 properties) and the redevelopment of existing properties (Clayton Valley in Concord, CA) all add to a wide breadth of knowledge in the commercial real estate field.
He attended San Jose State University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1993. While at San Jose State, he met his wife Shelley and they currently reside in Danville, CA with their son, Grant, and their daughter, Paige. When not hard at work for Sequoia, you can find him golfing, bowling and investing in real estate.
